I offer virtual individual therapy. I treat a number of mental health issues and provide a neutral ground for adults and children. My practice focuses on helping individuals solve problems, create change, relieve symptoms, support recovery, and manage the stress of everyday life.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
I specialize in and successfully work with individuals who want to explore and make changes in such areas as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationships, and improving communication. Therapy is a partnership, where we collaborate on determining and then working towards reaching your goals. My clients are usually adults who are intelligent, questioning, and insightful. They have many strengths and skills but find themselves either facing things they don't want (worry, depression, communication problems) or feeling blocked in achieving things they do want (career change, a good relationship, more self-confidence). I am a Concern provider and will provide documentation for all other out-of-network insurance plans; cash, checks and credit cards are also accepted.
Police officers, fire fighters and EMS have a unique stress to your jobs. I have a unique understanding of what you go through daily after having worked for many years alongside law enforcement. I can help you and your family members learn how to cope with the stress of the job and get you back to work so you can be safe and productive.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I can help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
